I have lived and worked in the North East of England for nearly fifteen years, and qualifying as a Blue Badge Guide now means I can share my knowledge and enthusiasm for the region with visitors, both individuals and groups.

With a background in tourism and many years of customer care experience, I am also a qualified adult education teacher and an Accredited Trainer for the national customer service training initiative 'Welcome to Excellence' so aim to give a high level of customer care to all visitors.
I welcome enquiries from individuals, small and large groups and Tour Operators.

I can also offer a full itinerary planning service to group travel organisers and Tour Operators, tailored to the interests of your groups,
Working with School and College groups of all ages, holiday groups , conference visitors, cruise visitors, relocation consultants and travel operators as well as with families and individuals, I am happy to adapt to the needs of each group.

I offer guiding services for groups in the whole of the North East England , from Middlesborough and Captain Cook Country in the south of the region, up to Berwick and Bamburgh in the North. Guided tours are available for groups of any size, and town and countryside walking tours for smaller groups, including Newcastle Gateshead, Durham and Hadrian’s wall to name but a few.
