Les Heslop

Member of the Institute of Tourist Guiding, Les was born in North East England and has lived all his life in the region. Since 1991 Les has organised walking tours throughout the North of England and welcomes individual or group walking or vehicle guided tour enquiries. For 24 years les worked in the European Design and Marketing department of an international company and he is fluent in French and speaks some German and Spanish also. Les is a friendly, entertaining guide, whose specialist interests include – Countryside, Christian Heritage, Gardens, Castles and Literature – he promises to provide service with a smile!
